Ajeet Gajra, M.D., M.B.B.S., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Ajeet Gajra is HOA’s Chief Scientific Officer. Board-certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Palliative Care, Dr. Gajra has called CNY his home since 1996. He has been a medical oncologist and hematologist since 2001 — joining HOA in 2022 – after serving as a Professor of Medicine and the Medical Director at the Upstate Cancer Center in Syracuse, NY. He has also collaborated with researchers at renowned cancer treatment institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering, the Mayo Clinic, and the City of Hope – and has conducted and lead research at global organizations ICON and Cardinal health. Dr. Gajra’s philosophy is “to treat all under my care the same as I would treat family and friends.
