For Youth
Questions about sex or relationships? We can help! Our CAPP line is free and confidential, and you’ll speak directly with someone on the CAPP team. We provide resources or referrals for sexual and reproductive health questions.
For Parents
Need help navigating tough conversations with your youth about sexual and reproductive health? We can provide tips, resources, and guidance to help you start or continue these important discussions.
For Educators
The CAPP team offers Be Proud, Be Responsible, a seven-module, evidence-based curriculum covering HIV education, condoms, and birth control. We provide programming for ages 10 to 21 in schools or community-based settings.

What is ACR Health?
ACR Health is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to creating healthy communities by opening doors to services that enhance the well-being of all. Their mission is to eliminate health disparities and promote equality throughout Central, Northern, and Mohawk Valley regions of New York State. ACR Health provides a wide range of services, including:
- Care Management & Support Services: Helping individuals living with chronic illnesses such as HIV/AIDS, substance use disorders, and mental health challenges through insurance enrollment, transportation, housing, nutrition education, employment assistance, and advocacy.
- Prevention & Education: Offering HIV/STI/Hepatitis C testing, syringe exchange programs, opioid overdose prevention, and evidence-based sexual health education for youth and adults.
- Youth & LGBTQ Support: Operating Q Centers as safe spaces for LGBTQ youth and allies, and providing programs to prevent homelessness and promote mental health.
- Community Outreach: Engaging schools, families, and organizations with resources and training to foster informed, responsible decision-making.
