SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Two of the most influential artists in modern R&B are bringing a major tour stop to Central New York this summer. Chris Brown and Usher have officially announced a Syracuse date on The R&B Tour, set for Saturday, August 1 at the JMA Wireless Dome.
The co‑headlining tour pairs Grammy‑winning superstars whose careers have shaped R&B and pop music for more than two decades. The Syracuse concert is expected to feature a hit‑packed, career‑spanning setlist, combining Brown’s high‑energy performances with Usher’s signature vocals, choreography, and stage production.
Promoted by Live Nation, the tour stop marks one of the biggest R&B concert announcements of the year for the region, bringing arena‑level production, visual effects, and a full band experience to the JMA Wireless Dome. Fans can expect performances of multiple chart‑topping singles that dominated radio, streaming, and playlists throughout the 2000s and 2010s.
Tickets for Chris Brown and Usher at the JMA Wireless Dome go on sale Monday, April 27 at noon through LiveNation.com and Ticketmaster. Additional fees may apply, and ticket prices are subject to change.
