Island Takeover is bringing a full summer lineup of concerts, themed events, and community nights to Papermill Island — and we’re inviting local vendors and businesses to be part of it.
Running June through September, this event series is designed to activate the island throughout the summer and create a consistent, go-to destination for the community.
For vendors, this is an opportunity to get in at the ground level of a growing event series and build visibility over the course of the season.
What to Expect
Island Takeover is a new, multi-event series, with programming scheduled throughout the summer. Each event contributes to building awareness and bringing people back to the island over time.
Vendors are a key part of that experience — helping create the atmosphere, variety, and energy that draws people in and keeps them coming back.
Participation across multiple events is encouraged for those looking to establish a presence and connect with the audience as the season progresses.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re curating a strong mix of vendors to create a well-rounded experience at each event, including:
- Local makers, artists, and crafters
- Small businesses and boutiques
- Food trucks and specialty food vendors
- Community organizations and nonprofits
- Unique pop-ups and experiential vendors
Night Markets & Event Opportunities
Island Takeover includes several Island Night Markets, along with additional events that feature vendors and pop-ups.
Opportunities vary by event, with some recurring and others tied to specific themes. Space is limited to maintain a quality experience for both vendors and guests.
