Police have arrested the man accused in the jet ski death of Usher's 11-year-old stepson on Georgia's Lake Lanier last summer.
That's according to TMZ, which reports that Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was allegedly operating the jet ski that ran over Kile Glover, who was on an inflatable raft at the time of the incident. The boy suffered severe brain injuries and never regained consciousness. He died July 21.
On Thursday, Hubbard was indicted for homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel and reckless operation of a vessel, TMZ reports. He's being held without bail; a judge will decide this weekend whether he can be released on bond.
