I love avocados! I was raised on Caribbean cuisine and there is nothing that beats the feeling of eating some hot asopao with a chilled green avocado going down your throat. Can you say delicioso?!

I know I’m not the only one with a strong passion for avocados; an avocado bar in Brooklyn, NY just opened it’s doors.
