Empire Farm Brewery

You’re invited to unwind, explore and enjoy winter in the villages of Madison County!

It’s time to belly up at the bar at the new Empire Farm Brewery in Cazenovia. It’s the largest farm brewery on the east coast, producing Empire’s classics Skinny Atlas Light, White Aphro, and Slo Mo’ IPA plus some new brews like Deep Purple, an ale brewed with New York Concord Grapes.

The brewery also has an excellent food menu and offers tours on Saturdays.
